The project is located at No. 26, National Highway 1A Bypass, Ward 6, Tan An City, Long An Province. Dong Nhan Architecture JSC served as the design and build contractor, while founding members of Mekong Engineering Partners provided construction supervision services, ensuring project quality and schedule.

The facility has been in operation since January 2020, becoming a trusted destination for customers in Long An and surrounding areas for vehicle purchases and genuine Toyota services.
