The Royal Boutique Hotel & Condo is a luxury 5-star hotel and high-end condominium complex developed in a European-inspired architectural style in Da Nang City—one of the most livable cities in Vietnam. The project is planned on a 3,125 m² site with a construction density of under 60%, comprising one 29-storey tower and two basement levels.

Upon completion, the project will provide 288 premium residential units and 125 five-star hotel rooms, supported by a full range of modern facilities and services. The total gross floor area is approximately 44,101 m², featuring a diverse mix of unit types, including 250 two-bedroom apartments (53–73 m²) and 36 three-bedroom apartments (approximately 95 m²).

Developed by The Royal Da Nang Co., Ltd., the project is positioned as a premium hospitality and residential complex, contributing to the enhancement of tourism and accommodation standards in Da Nang City.

In this project, founding members and staff of Mekong Engineering Partners provided project management services for the foundation and basement works. The foundation and basement structure were completed in May 2022.
