The Marubishi Summit Vietnam Manufacturing Plant is located in Ho Chi Minh City and is invested by Ben Thanh Corporation. The facility is developed to support the production operations of Marubishi Summit Vietnam Co., Ltd., specializing in garment and consumer products such as backpacks, handbags, suitcases, blankets, bedding, protective clothing, and other textile products.

The project consists of a two-storey factory building with a total gross floor area of approximately 4,630 m², including about 2,786 m² on the first floor and 1,845 m² on the second floor, designed to accommodate production lines and factory operations efficiently.

In addition to the main factory, the project includes supporting facilities such as a motorbike parking area, security house, generator room, transformer station, fire protection pump room, and utility areas, with a total area of approximately 457 m². The total gross floor area of the entire project is approximately 5,088 m².

In this project, founding members and staff of Mekong Engineering Partners provided project management and construction supervision services, contributing to the overall quality, schedule, and implementation efficiency.
