SALA Urban Area – Subzones III & VI is part of the Thu Thiem New Urban Area in Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment JSC, with a total area of approximately 55.5 hectares. Subzone III covers about 34.9 hectares and is planned as a low-rise residential area, while Subzone VI spans approximately 20.6 hectares, comprising mixed-use developments with commercial, service, and international hospital facilities.
The project is master-planned with integrated transportation and technical infrastructure systems, meeting modern urban development standards within the overall Thu Thiem master plan.
Mekong Engineering Partners provided technical infrastructure design services for the entire project, in coordination with Lap Viet Construction Investment JSC as the lead consultant.
Key scopes included basic design and detailed design, covering ground improvement works, internal road systems, and stormwater and wastewater drainage systems.
