Barya Citi is strategically located at a prime intersection with four major frontages along Cach Mang Thang Tam, Nguyen Van Cu, Truong Chinh, and Pham Hung streets in Ba Ria City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. The project is situated approximately 200 meters from the provincial administrative center, offering excellent connectivity and strong urban development potential.

Developed by Danh Khoi Holdings, the project spans an area of 87,389 m² and comprises 427 townhouses and shophouses within a gated compound. The buildings are designed with one ground floor and two upper floors, aiming to provide a modern, well-planned, and convenient living environment for residents.

Leveraging its central location and well-structured planning, Barya Citi is positioned as a vibrant commercial and service urban area, contributing to the enhancement of the local urban landscape and real estate value.

In this project, founding members of Mekong Engineering Partners provided project management services. The project was completed and handed over to the client during the 2020–2021 period.
