Aria Da Nang – BW Signature Collection by Best Western is a premium beachfront resort complex comprising villas, serviced apartments, a hotel, and resort facilities in Da Nang City. With a prime coastal location along a key tourism corridor, the project offers a unique setting with mountain views at the back and ocean frontage, delivering a high-end resort experience.

The development follows a modern resort model, featuring a 5-star hotel with 230 rooms, 28 beachfront villas, and 838 serviced apartments. The architecture reflects a refined European style with open layouts and optimized sea views, creating a comfortable and nature-integrated living environment.

The project is developed on a site area of approximately 63,214 m², including two 30-storey residential towers, two 9-storey hotel blocks, 28 beachfront villas, and a connected basement. It is complemented by premium amenities such as swimming pools, parks, a water park, conference center, spa, restaurants, and other leisure facilities.
